1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team at support@nicholasvictoria.co.uk with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
